What am I doing wrong? Is it because I'm using an Android? Again, any help would be great as long as it doesn't give my phone viruses or malware haha. I saw from another thread somewhere that it only works on pc, so maybe that's why.

This is an unofficial port for the Citra emulator based on the Dolphin emulator's Android frontend.
